Q: What type of transport do you use?
A : We employ a variation of formal-traditional form of transport. For normal safari, we use tourist converted seven-seater van with window view guarantee. We also use 4x4 like Land cruiser and Land rover custom built for game viewing. There are internal flights where indicated in the itinerary or on request.
Q: How many participants guarantee a departure?
A : Two and above participants will guarantee a departure. We also take bookings from people who want to travel in a private party like a family or honeymooners.
Q: What do we receive during and after the safari?
A : All tour packages contain mineral water. If you select the Deluxe Package, you will also receive a handbag with our logo. A gift as a token of appreciation in line with our motto “…. a touch of African hospitality”, will be presented to you on your departure day. We also give you a farewell dinner at Carnivore Restaurant.
Q: How far in advance do we have to book our safari?
A : Generally we begin booking 3 - 12 months in advance of safari event.
Please do not hesitate to call for a trip that is just around the corner. We have booked events in the past very close to the date of the safari.

Q: How can we reserve our safari date?
A : Often we will have multiple inquiries for specific dates. In order to make things
easier for everyone, we have a first come first serve policy regarding set scheduled dates, so we accept booking deposit of upto 35% of the total cost of your tour.

Q: How do we pay for our safaris?

A : Often we accept all major credit cards like Visa, Master cards. We also accept cash or telegraphic money transfer with prior arrangement.
