BALOON SAFARIS - OVER MAASAI MARA

Probably the most thrilling way to see the animals. Launching in the early morning the balloon lifts with the African sun and drifts gently above the game with the marvelous opportunity for unusual photographs. On landing, a Champagne style breakfast is served on bush in 'Out of Africa' style with bone china, linen table cloths, King's silver etc. After breakfast you receive your Balloon certificate and we drive you back to the Keekorok Lodge or camp with game viewing enroute. 9:30 am Arrive at the lodge/camp ready to continue your day's activities.

BALOON SAFARIS - OVER SERENGETI

1-hour Balloon flight over the Serengeti Plains with Champagne type breakfast. Takes off from Seronera Lodge.

Early Morning Baloon Flight
You are collected early from your Lodge or camp and taken to Seronera to the launch site. Launch is at dawn (6.30 am) . The Baloon flight takes approximately one hour. You glide over the vast plains of the Serengeti, where you look out for all of the animals. At other times he will ascend to 1000' or more to see the enormity and wonderful panorama of the Serengeti. From time to time the pilot must put more heat into the balloon with the powerful whisper burners. In between these burns, there is silence apart from the natural sounds below. Champagne, and a full English breakfast in the bush follow the flight. You return by road to Seronera, approximately 9.30am, and return to your own Lodge or camp.
